FMS was never just a medical device. It was a powerful technology with an untold story. We rebuilt how it’s seen, explained, and sold.

Iskra Medical had a clinically proven technology in Functional Magnetic Stimulation, backed by 30+ years of European engineering. But the brand wasn’t keeping up with the product.

Messaging was fragmented, overly technical, and focused on what the device does rather than why it matters. There was no consistency between the musculoskeletal and pelvic health segments. Distributors across 65+ countries lacked commercial tools that actually helped them sell.

We listened to the people who know FMS best: the distributors. The materials were too technical and hard to explain to clients. There was no emotional connection or patient language. The brand needed clarity, consistency, and tools with real commercial power.

We rebuilt the entire brand communication system in under six months, working across three pillars:

Positioning: We reorganized FMS by what it solves (musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pelvic health) instead of by product name. New positioning: “Redefining Rehabilitation, Transforming Lives.”

Identity: We unified how the brand looks, sounds, and feels. A new tone of voice that is scientifically precise but humanly accessible. Four key selling points: versatility, clinical efficiency, profitability, and quality.

Commercial Tools: Product brochures, mechanism of action visuals, patient facing content, product comparison charts, event assets, brandbook, and the FMS Digital Hub, a centralized platform for distributors.

The new brand system was completed in under six months and presented at the annual distributor meeting in Slovenia. The full strategy was also presented at IMAC 2025, the industry’s global conference.
